Terms of Service

Effective date: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Orbit, a Nerdspace Labs Discord community control center. By accessing Orbit, installing the bot, or connecting an account, you agree to these Terms.

Using Orbit

You may use Orbit only if you can legally agree to these Terms and have the authority to configure the Discord server or account involved. You are responsible for keeping your Discord, Google, Twitch, and other connected accounts secure and for reviewing the permissions you grant.

Acceptable use

You may not use Orbit to violate Discord’s rules, another platform’s rules, applicable law, or the rights of other people. You may not use Orbit to distribute malware, impersonate another person, evade moderation or safety controls, abuse APIs, send unwanted spam, or process content you do not have the right to use.

Content and permissions

You retain responsibility for messages, media, schedules, questions, alerts, role assignments, and other content submitted through Orbit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content and to authorize Orbit to process or publish it. You are responsible for checking destinations, mentions, privacy settings, and scheduled actions before enabling them.

Third-party services

Orbit depends on Discord, Cloudflare, and optional third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, and RSS providers. Those services may change their APIs, permissions, availability, or terms. Orbit cannot guarantee continued operation of a third-party integration and is not responsible for a provider’s independent actions or policies.

Availability and changes

Orbit is provided on an evolving, best-effort basis. Features may be changed, paused, or removed to address security, provider, capacity, or maintenance needs. We may update these Terms as Orbit changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect Orbit, Discord communities, users, connected providers, or the public; to investigate abuse; or to comply with law. You may stop using Orbit at any time and disconnect authorized accounts through the dashboard where that control is available.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerdspace Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Orbit, third-party outages, or content and actions configured by users.
